we expect to come: 215-220

we have to guarantee at least 200...

Well there are about 200...maybe a bit less on our list right now. We only guaranteed 110 - so let's hope for a large drop off...say 50 people or so.

so far we have 170 people but we're hoping that we'll end up with only 150.

We're not inviting our whole families (but then again, my FH is related to almost everyone in town... so that would be impossible) and we're doing away with politeness, as horrible as that sounds. If we don't talk to you (regardless of if you're family) and/or if we haven't seen you in years... then you're not invited. I never saw the point in inviting people that you barely know just because they're family. And i certainly don't agree with inviting all your future in laws friends that you don't know either (or your parents friends). God i sound horrible don't i?

FI's family is HUGE plus its a tradition for us to invite long lost friends, distant relatives, family, friends you grew up with (although you haven't talked to them in years!)....and the list goes on

Right now we're at 376. If you drop the & guest for the people who don't have an & guest currently, we're at 360.

We're expecting 350 (we have more people that my FMIL is adding and a B-list).

Not horrible at all. Since my parents are giving some $$ they did have a few requests as to who they want to invite. I can't comlpain though, when my mom started going overboard and I said no way she stopped. I'm not inviting a lot of people I grew up with that I don't talk to anymore, just the people I talk to regularly.

Invites are out.... I think it was 247ish..

I 2nd that! I had to cut my mom off too. But since they're paying I can't really say much. I just want as many friends there. I can't deal with the long lost relatives that I have NEVER seen since I was about 3. That's where I draw the line.

We don't really want more than 150! I am doing the no dance now, and I haven't even sent the invites yet!
