Not sure where you can have it done, but I know that some places charge you about $20-30 to dye shoes that you didn't buy at their store. Try a seamstress too - sometimes they dye shoes. Good luck!
Love My Shoes charges $15 for shoes bought at the store. I think a shoe repair charges about the same.
I don't know what color you are planning to dye, but I just wanted to warn you that I had my wedding shoes dyed from a white to an off white and in different color lighting it appeared pink, so I had to get new shoes.
