?? about Salary.com

Would you consider the low, median and high salaries for the amount of time you have put in your job? I have been at my job for almost 10 years and am STILL not making the median wage. The problem also is that my job is not one 'title'. It is a few combined.
Just wondering because we heard a rumor about raises this year and they STINK and I won't even make the median wage!!

My boss told me today that it is not worth it to print it out as the head bosses already know what the raises will be this year. I hate the fact that I will get the same raise as someone who does half of what I do and KNOWS half of what I know!
I just hope she just heard a rumor and it is wrong!!
