Will having your dog shaved by the groomer eleviate shedding? Kanga's fur is out of control.

I get my border collie shaved and it does help but she still shedds a lot. I have found that if I brush her at least 4 times a week, it is better.

I have a black lab and the hair is everywhere. I vacuum at least once to twice a day. We get her groomed and then brush her everyday in the morning and at night to cut back on the hair. We thought about shaving her but she itches a lot when she is shaved.
