so I am still not done lol i've been taking breaks because this address thing is too annoying...anyway i have a question I have a friend who is getting married in 2 weeks and I am going to email my stds before then! should I put Mr. and Mrs??? for the std or should I just address it to her I am going to invite her and her soon to be husband but just wondering!! TIA

Some ppl think it's a jinx to write mr&mrs before they're married. I would use their single names, unless you can hold of on sending theirs until after their wedding?

date twin! i am in the same boat as you...i got my stds weeks ago but i am still working on getting addresses and all that done.
i have 2 weddings in august so i have been wondering the same thing about how to address their stds. i think i might just put their single names since they will get them a week or 2 before their weddings.

I have a friend that's getting married next Friday. When I sent her and her fiance the STD I put:
Ms. Jane Smith & Mr. John Doe

I wouldn't address it as 'Mr. and Mrs.' until after they got married.

If your mailing them a significant amount of time before the wedding I wouldn't put the married name. However, if you're putting them in the mailbox like the day before the wedding, then I'd say put the married name
