If my FH was married once before and his brother was his bestman can he be the best man for our wedding? Is it bad LUCK?

I think you'll be fine. What's important is that fh has the person who he most wants there... if that happens to be the same person twice, then that's a positive thing about his relationship with his brother!

My fiance was married before and he is having the same friends as groomsmen and his brother as best man. These are the same people that were always close to him. You do not have worry about him being bad luck. My fiance tells it as the only thing that went well with his previous wedding
Same exact situation here!! DH was married once before, his brother was his Best Man both times. We've been happily married for over a year, no bad luck!!
