about to make my first big decision, need opinons

Hello Ladies!! My FH and I just went to look at The Snuff Mill at the NYBG. We fell in love with it!!! It was everything that we wanted in our site. With that said it is also the only place that we have looked at so far . We are having difficulty because we are having a small wedding (60ppl.). This ruled out alot of places immediatley. At the Snff MIll we have to guarentee 70ppl. That is a few more then we had planned on but it is possible that we will want to invite more ppl. in a year and a half. Sorry, I am rambling . Anyway, I uess I wanted opinons about if I should just go ahead and do this or if I should look some more for a place that is maybe not so great but can meet my # and that is a little less expensive($139pp.) Thank you and sorry this is so long and confused.

I think you should go for it! If you absolutely love it and can afford a few extra heads, then do it.

There are definitely other places that will be cheaper or even some places may allow fewer people - but its unlikely that it will be all of the things you really want.

But if you are still looking and dont mind Brooklyn, the boathouse is perfect for that # of people. There is a flat rental fee for the site and you choose from a list of approved caterers - so the total cost is really dependent on the menu.

YOu still have a year and a half, you can still shop around a little more, (but not MUCH longer)
If you are in LOVE with this place, then GO FOR IT !!! 10 more ppl shouldnt be too hard.
$139pp. Is that for Sat night? If so, then the price is not outrageous at all.

My advice is you can shop around a bit more,to see what else it out there before you make such a big decision, but DON'T compromise what you want, or quality for 10 ppl or for a few bucks.
