About to order this dress for my shower...but need opinions... pic

Is this too un-showerish?

I don't think my shower is going to be formal at all....

(I'd either do black stockings or leggings like in the picture)

And yes, I searched for this dress after seeing it on American Idol. I'm a dork.

i love it and it is totally 'you'
i wouldnt wear it with leggings either unless it comes super short on you or something

Well, I WOULD skip the leggings - or in my case, probably black tights, buttttttttt I hate my legs and feel uncomfortable with dresses that hit my knee or higher (and I think this will).

So knowing that info (that I would wear tights), should I still get it?

i think as long as its stockings it will look great!!

yeah you have to remember that you will be sitting facing everyone - i had a long skirt on and still felt like i was flashing hte masses LOL

I did not like her but I loved the dress!!!!!!! Great choice. I say go for footless opague tights -- still provide cover and support not as heavy as leggings.
