? About 'We Do' Letters...

...I know this may sound silly, but FH and I went to Michael's on Saturday to get the 'We Do' letters and the ones we saw do not stand up on their own. I know I've seen pictures of past brides who have had them and they appear to be standing up and I was wondering how this was done? Were we looking at the wrong letters? Help please!

Well, the one's I've seen are lying down on the table in front of the cake with rose petals around them. You could prolly put a little piece of wood at the base of them to hold them up or even mount them to a large piece of wood so they don't move around.

I've seen a couple that stand up, but not on their own. They have clear plastic easels that hold them up. They can also be purchased at michaels.

I can't remember how much they were, but I don't think they were that expensive. I probably won't get there again though until this coming Saturday...

I bought my letters at Michaels for $1.00 each. I was just at AC Moore for my lunch hour and they have nicer letters, but I didnt notice how much they were.
