I voted for good people. but Honestly, the most important thing to me is that they live a happy life but comfortable too. It was hard choice though.

i say all of the above but i also want them to be happy most of all! happiness is important most of all yes i would like to see them with money but money can also be greedy it can bring out the worst in people when you have tons of money.

FH and I hold education in very high regard. My education is worth well over $100,000 between college and grad school. Guess what. I don't make a hell of a lot of money. So I told him that not every kid is meant for college and if our kids want to go to trade school and learn a skill, then gosh darn it, thats what they will do.
Besides, the electricians and plumbers and mechanics make more than teachers do anyway. Shoot, even the busdrivers that take the kids to school make more $$$ than teachers do. Don't get me wrong, I love what I do and wouldnt want to do anything else, but if I want my kids to have a comfortable life, I will pay for their CDL before college. See my point?

I think it's more important for my kids to be good people. Not that I don't want them to be smart, but I would rather have a nice kid of average intelligence and an average income than a rich, genius azzhole!

I have to agree with you on this one. I mean being educated is nice, but in the long run I believe being a good person takes you further in life.

Of course I want them to be really good people...but as bad as this is, FH and I (both really intelligent...judging by the fact that we met at a nerd high school)... would probbaly jump of f acliff if our kids were dumb...

I would like for my children to be really good people as well as healthy and happy. Money and brains doesn't necessarily equate to happiness.

My kids are going to be perfect..rich, smart, healthy, kind, sweet, giving and gorgeous... Seriously..Id rather them be good people, good and kind..money and intelligence dont necessarily equal happiness..but kindness can often get ya far..Its all about kharma!
