Accomodation card for OOT guests.. need wording help
Hey all.. Now that i have my awsome magents from magentqueen im going to make accomadation cards so oot guests (half my guest list) can book their rooms... So anyone have nice wording for this? I've searched here and the net and can't come up with anything....

yea my hotel is giving us cards as well as directional ones! Give them a call and see....

Mine didn't yet... but i wanted to make them all pretty on my weddign color card stock and stuff haha i ran out of projects this is just my newest one!

I didnt use my hotel's hotel cards yet because I have a BUNCH of OOT guests that need to make travel plans. This is what I put on 1/4 sheets of cardstock:
Information for Out of Town Guests
Ceremony and Reception will be taking place at: Hamlet Windwatch Golf and Country Club Hauppague, NY Ceremony at 5:00 Reception immediately after
Hotel The Hyatt Regency Wind Watch (directly next door to ceremony/reception) http://windwatch.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/
Rooms are available at a special rate of $xxx throughout the weekend. Call the Hyatt directly at: 631-784-1234 and ask for the XXX-XXX wedding room block. This block with this price will be available until February 13, 2007.
Travel Information The wedding location is approximately a 4.5-5 hour drive from the Washington, DC area.
JFK Airport: 42 miles LaGuardia Airport: 41 miles Islip MacArthur Airport: 8 miles Penn Station, NY: 46 miles (1hr 25 mins by train) Queens/Midtown tunnel: 45 miles
Among many other airlines, Southwest Airlines serves Islip MacArthur Airport from many major US cities. The airport is 15 minutes away from the hotel and the hotel provides a shuttle that can be arranged to pick you up at the airport.
