(Husband bought beautiful ring but it doesnt fit him and cannot be sized so just looking to get a third of what we paid to help buy a new one)

Yes I only glued it to the rhinestone ribbon with two dots. You can pull it off and make your own name tag. It was easy, I have the paper I used to make the name tag and can give you a few sheets. I used my printer then cut it out and used rhintestones from Micheals around the border. Fm me if you are interested.
