Additional bus trips
We are supplying a bus from the hotel to our reception which is 5 minutes from the hotel. Our bus company said they charge for each additional trip they have to make. We don't know how many people will be taking the bus to know if they need to make additional trips. Any suggestions as to how we should avoid paying for extra trips we may not need?
