what r u girls doing? are u getting them pro done?is that expensive...part of me wants to get them done the other part says its going in the trash...anyone hand writing them or is that just downright tacky?

I think I will just have the place I am getting the invites from to print the addresses....def. not sending them out to a calligrapher....I have never seen a hand written wedding invite, but if you have good handwriting it may be ok!

I printed them out on the computer. I just did a mail merge with Excel and it worked great. If you need help doing something like that, let me know and I'd be happy to help you!

My friend hand wrote hers and it was fine. Its just gonna go in the garbage anyway.

Same here...I would imagine it's computer calligraphy. I just can't justify the cost of hand written calligraphy.

thats what im thinking too..i gotta see maybe clear labels..my friend is an art teacher and has sweome handwriting..so ill think bout it

Its too expensive to get them addressed by someone so im doing the addressing on my computer. but the invitations are being done professionally.
