Address Lists on Excel

can you tell me how you formatted it?

if you want to mail merge it, i would put each thing (street address, city, state, zip) in it's own column.

I have:
First Name
Last Name
Guest First Name
Guest Last Name
Street Address (incl Apt)
City
State
Zip

I actually found it makes more sense to do it in MS Word ....

but if you like excel, i'd do one column for full name, and one column for full addy (street, city, state, and zip) ... and hten possibly columns for phone number and / or email if you want those.

If your looking to do a mail merge, You need to title each column on top i.e. First name, Last name, Address, Apt #, Town, State, Zip. then under the titles you add the info i.e. first column Mr. & Mrs. Joe Next column Smith
Once all your info is entered, Open Microsoft Word click on mailings then click on start mail merge and follow the tabs through the program will guide you.
