Ok...I am inviting a worker from my previous last job..she is a groomer..but is a Dr. in Peru..do I still address the invite as Dr. so and so?

I think so....I would address it to Doctor and Mr. So and So out of respect.
Hey, Medical Degrees don't get cancelled out once you are out of the country of origin, right?

True..but I just figured since shes not practicing..and shes like 'one of the girls'...and is a groomer...well I dont know..I just wanted to make sure...
