I Have no inner envelope.. Please help

The first one seems right. The second should be Ms. Jane Doe & Guest.

so Ms. Jane Dow & Guest (or Family) should be on the 1st line and then the address

Could you just write 'The XXX Family' on the outter envelope - instead of Mr. and Mrs. John Doe and Family?

If you are not doing an inner envelope, then I would specify each person from that one address that you want to attend, otherwise you may have more people than you bargained for.

Miss is for unmarried,
Ms is for unknown, or a divorced woman who does not go by her married name anymore.

If she is using it for the family, it should stay as Mrs.

...I also def agree that it should be Mr. & Mrs. ___ & Family.
