Addressing help!

So, I have a handful of widowed women I am inviting. I am extending a +1 to them all. I am unsure of how to address them.
Here are the 3 options I came up with. All of them are in their 50's + and have children etc.. but have kept their married name of course.

Mrs. A. Smith & Guest
Ms. A. Smith & Guest
A. Smith & Guest (do not love this)

Any other options?? My initial thought was to keep Mrs.
