Im and not sure how to address the inner envelopes for the invitations. How many people are addressing them formal and how many are doing informal (i.e. Mr. and Mrs. Smith or Jane and John)?

I did some of them formally and some informally. For some close friends and relatives we put their first names. For others we did it formally.

I did the inner envelopes with their first names, or aunt so and so... here is a great website with tips on how to address....artistic addressing

Even though we're having a formal wedding, I did the same thing and addressed the inner envelopes with first names and/or Uncle and Aunt so and so.
