Addressing Invitations???

Hi girls, I was just wondering how girls are addresses is it:

Single: Ms.

Married: Mrs.

What about when they are divorced but keep their married name or if they are widowed????? Is it still Mrs. ???????

Do all the words need to be spelt out like the states or street, lane. ave.......

under 18 - Miss
single - Ms
married - not husband's last name - Ms
Divorced - Ms
Widowed - Mrs
