Addressing invite HELP!!

OK ladies, I think I am having a slight break-down right now so I need your help... for all of you who know the RIGHT/PROPER way to address invites... how would you address the following: (I'm writing it in the most INformal way, kind of how the addresses were given to me)

Ms. Sue Monohan & guest
765 10th ave. apt. 6h
NY, NY 10021

I know there is a ton of right vs. wrong when it comes to abbreviations, so I'm a bit confused right now.

THANKS!!

I guess if you wanted to be super formal you would write out And. I think it looks better with the & personally.

Re: Addressing invite HELP!!

On the outer envelope, don't put 'and guest'. That goes on the inner envelope only.

Invite ettiquette

ETS- This is for the formal addressing, I just notice dyou said you were doing informal!
Hope it helps anyway!

If theres no inner, then the 'and guest' would go on the outer, definitely!

you write it out UNLESS you have a great calligrapher who will make the '&' look good.

also, you can put the 'apartment 6H' on the next line if you like
