addressing invites

ok we aren't doing inner envelopes and i'm running into some problems addressing the outer envelopes.

i want to invite my cousin with a guest and her 3 children

Normally I would write...
Ms. Jane Smith and Guest
or
Ms. Jane Smith and family

BUT i want to include both...

any suggestions!??!

I just went searching. Here you go:

Ms. Jane Smith and guest
John and Ann
123 Sesame Street
Anytown, New York 12345

The children's names go in order of birth.
