Addressing question when woman is a Dr.

I have one invitation that I know I addressed wrong -- how do you address when the woman is a Dr. --

I did it like this, listed separately --

Dr. Jane Smith
Mr. Joe Smith
address
city, state, zip

any thoughts?

this is how i read that it should be done...unless her name is her maiden name, then you'd list it sep. but that's not the case....so i won't bother showing that example right now.

If she's married I would do

Dr. & Mr,
Or
Mr. & Dr.
If she's single...I just used Dr....

I am pretty sure this is correct, only I'd do the names all on one line.
