1. I would like to print the addresses, but don't have many spare envelopes. If i can't get it to work, are labels acceptable for STDs?
2. If a female relative lives with her significant other who will also be invited, should I address it with the man's name first even though it's not a Mr and Mrs situation and she's the main guest? (ex. Ms. Jane Smith and Mr. John Doe or Mr. John Doe and Ms. Jane Smith?)
3. What about a married couple in which the wife has hyphenated her name? Mr. John Doe and Mrs. Jane Smith-Doe?
It's amazing how many different family (name) situations there are looking at the list.. there should be a worksheet where you put the names and relationships in and it spits out the right address
Thanks ladies!

ok a few questions as I prepare to send out STDs:

I can't answer all your questions, but I do know that for number 2, the woman's name should go first. For number three, I believe it is correct to address them together as Mr. and Mrs. John Doe, even though separately, she goes by Mrs. Jane Smith-Doe.

Re: addressing STDs ?'s
i dont know what is right and wrong but here is what i did...
#1 - yes labels on a std are totally acceptable #2 - I listed the person I know first (so if you are friends with the female you list her plus her guest's name or vice versa) #3 - i have one aunt who hyphenates, but sent the invite to mr & mrs smith
