Ok - is it Mrs. or Ms?

Etiquette says she should be addressed just as she would have been before the death...

I addressed widow's invites to Mrs.

I addresses both of the widows invited to my wedding at Ms.

one is my FMIL and she's been a widow for 20 years. She goes by Ms. now

the other guest's husband just died 2 yrs ago, but when she sent us an engagement card, her address label said Ms.

it's a matter of preference I think.
