If there is a family where both people are doctors, how do I address the envelope?

Doctor and Doctor Joe Smith?
Doctor Joe Smith and Doctor Jill Smith?

You could do:

Doctors Joe and Jill Smith

or

The Doctors Joe and Jill Smith
