adressing invitations

how do you address a dentist when sending out invites....?? or you can just Mr.?


also if you want to invite the whole family and they have 2 kids under the age of 18

you can just write

Mr & Mrs. Smith and Family

is that fine?

The Honorable (judge, governor, mayor , U.S. senators, members of congress, cabinet members, ambassadors)
The Reverend or the Rabbi (clergy)
Dr. (for medical doctor, dentist , veterinarian, and the academically degreed who use that title.)
