like the envelope i just put
Ms. Haroula ******** (dont think i put Giannis name)
but on the response i put 'haroula and Gianni'
i wasnt formal with my friends for the rsvp's just their 1st names.
or my cousin who is married 'evan and Cara F***'
is that ok??? or does that chapen the invite and wedding?

I think thats totally fine and doesn't change the formality or anything.....as long as the actual envelope is address with first and last, having only the 1st name for RSVP is fine!

but i will probably do outer/inner envelopes....the inner envelope will only have first names

we were going to leave them blank...and for most ppl we will
like Mr.sdkfjslkfj and guest
no need to write anything else
but for 'the sdlklfjsdlkjf family' on the inner envelope we will write the names
