Adriennes

I have an appointment to look at gowns this weekend at Adriennes in Islip. Does anyone have any experience with them?

Thank you!! It's my first time trying on dresses so I'm very excited! This place came recommended by one of my bridesmaid's moms.

i went to the one in the city with 3 of the bridesmaids, my SIL & my 2 flower girls.

1 of the bridesmaids ordered from Islip because she lives there.

they where extremely helpful & accommodating to us.

I got 2 Bridesmaid dresses there when I was in bridal partys they have really nice stuff...I did not get anything altered there so I dont know how that is My sister-in-laws mom is a seamstress so I always go to her.

i went and tried on dresses as a bridesmaid in the city... but i went to the Islip on to pick up my dress and for alterations. they are very nice... we had some confusion with my alterations and i ended up being the only BM with a bussel, but other than that no complaints!

All of you had mentioned that you got bridesmaids dresses there. Are they more known for bridesmaids than they are for bridal gowns?

no... they have tons of bridal gowns!!! they didn't carry the designer i liked or I would gone there to try on

my bridal gown is sort of from there (long story) but i've never actually been there...

I tried on Bridal Gowns at Adriennes in Islip, the ladies were really, really nice, they had a good selection, have fun!

One of my best friends got her gown there and didnt have any problems. However, we got our BM dresses there for her wedding & it was a NIGHTMARE!!

First off, they measured everybody way off so the dresses never fit right even after the alterations....they weren't the most pleasant people IMO...AND...

They LOST one of the BM dresses!!! No explanation...they just couldn't find it ! Thank God one of the girls dropped out of BP so the girl who's dress was lost just took the girls dress that dropped out.

I'd stay away.
