I wanted to share my experience with Adriennes Bridal in Islip:
My experience with Adriennes was awful. I ordered 6 Vera Wang bridesmaid dresses from there and the Owner messed up the alterations on 4 of them. Not only did we have to go back 5 different times for her to fix them 6 days before the wedding, but she was not going to honor the cap on the alterations per our contract. After arguing with her and telling her I was going to take them some where else, she then said she would honor the cap. The owner's customer service skills are unprofessional to say the least and I will never go there again.
Please read other reviews about the store. They are not recommended and I wish I would have done the research prior to using them. I do not want this to happen to anyone else.
