Adriennes/Rena Koh

Brides beware, my Rena Koh dress was to be shipped on May 1st. it has not arrived yet. I have called every week and now its been everyday. My wedding is this coming Sat. 05/29/04. They have my deposit, and the owner has not returned any of my phone calls. Please all brides beware if you bought a Rena Koh dress it may not come in time of your wedding. Rena Koh has left the country and is only in Hong Kong. Adriennes in Islip has not called me to let me know the where abouts of my dress. I have no idea if they even think it will arrive on time. I called everyday this week and have not recieved any calls back. I would hate to have any brides in this same situation. Please let every bride who has ordered a Rena Koh dress to call there Bridal store.

Actually I'm not so calm, I can't believe the weekend before my wedding I have to go dress shopping. I just want all Rena Koh brides to know that the stores are having a hard time receiving dresses from that particular company.

Did you call the Rena Koh office in Boca? I thought I posted this already.

I had a Rena Koh dress that I bought from Adrienne's and had NOT one problem....

For some reason they took my old post off, thanks for the advice, I heard the Boca Raton office closed. They only have the Hong Kong office. Honestly, I thought adriennes was a bridal shop I could trust, but the owner has not returned any of my calls for a whole week now. If they were concerned they should keep me posted.

I had trust the owner was telling me what she knew to be true and she said it would definitely be here on May 18th. I put my trust them. I called all week and never heard a thing from them. Left messages at Adriennes and never received any calls from her. I was told the reason she has not called back is she has a 1001 to do, she is busy opening a store in Manhattan.

You should go down there and speak to
someone in person. Show them what a real Bridezilla is like!!

This store is horrendous. I had my own problems with them, then my idiot MOH brought her dress there to be altered and they got ink on it and claimed it was there.

Are they giving you your money back and a free dress? Its the LEAST they can do

Definitely pick a time when the store is packed with prospective customers and go in there yelling! That is no way to treat a customer. It sounds like you must have a back-up plan, but still you are being too soft on them. We had a similar problem with our flower girl's dress and two weeks before the wedding we had to go out and find one. We did and it turned out to be much cuter for practically the same amount of money. Things DO work out for the best.

Definitely go down there and speak to (yell at?) someone in person. If nothing else, get them to give you a refund and then make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Good luck!!!

Don't be this passive! I know that yelling and screaming will get you nowhere, but get your tushy down there and assert yourself. This is ridiculous at this point!! Good luck and keep us posted!!

I think I saw something about this on Wedding Channel. I am not sticking up for Adrienne's but it might be more Rena Koh's fault.

Thank you girls for all your support!! Honestly, the reason I have not gone there yet is because I live 40 minutes from there and the owner said it was going to be delivered this past Tuesday the 18th.Belive me I am going there tomorrow. I really understand when some of the brides have mentioned it sounds like Rena Kohs problem not Addrienne's, but I ordered my dress in Jan. and it was suppose to be here by May1st. I would not have had this problem if they would of ordered my dress on time. Rena Koh had problems the first week in May, when my dress should of been here. Second, the owner of Adriennes, can't even give me the courtsey of a call back. I call daily and they all know to say 'she's not here'. I have talked to one nice girl there who feels so bad for the situation I am in. Honestly she deserves to be manager not the ladies who can't even get on the phone to explain the situation. I even called today and was told she was in and the girl said 'she is not there.' When I knew she was in. I think they are programed to say that to me. I finally talked with her and she said to come down tomorrow and look for an alternative or if I find another dress somewhere esle she does not have a problem with it.She did not know what else to tell me. We will see what happens tomorrow. Again, thankyou girls again for all your advice!
