I've never heard of them. Are they one of those places like netbride.com that you can order discount dresses?? I think I'll go and check out the site.

I ordered a custom embroidered hankie for my mom. I haven't gotten it yet but I sent them a question last week and they wrote me back in one day.

I am having a problem with them. I asked them for an immediate response, or I would let other brides know they do not keep their word. I am awaiting their response.

Did they mess up your order? I think they are run out of Ca. so that might explain a delay bc of time differences?? Did you try calling them? 310-540-7233

I ordered slippers in ivory...they sent me a size 4 when I ordered 6. They told me to return them and they would send out the right size. that was months ago. Now they say they can't exchange them because they were dyed (ivory, like that's an odd color to resell). Size 4....I guess they thought I was a flowergirl. I don't have the slippers, and I don't have my money back.

What a nightmare! I would call them immediately and raise some H*ll! If they messed up then they have to eat the cost..not you!

I just responded to their email to me. I will give them until tomorrow and then I will call them....also will call my credit card company......Will let ya know.

They emailed me back and said that I ordered the wrong size on the internet and they have my order to prove it. They also said that I received an email confirmation but never checked it. They are probably right. So, I guess it is my loss. I just don't believe they would have trouble re-selling an ivory pair of slippers. Oh well, lesson is check your order confirmations if you order over the internet. Problem is I returned the slippers to them months ago according to their instructions. I don't know, I don't need this so I think I will drop it.

That stinks Sorry to hear that. I guess it isn't worth the stress at this point. Can they send the ones you returned back to you? You did pay for them..maybe you can give them to someone with small feet??
