Advice

So I want to ask my sister to be in my wedding party. Originally we were going to have our sisters do readings but FH isnt talking to his sister and I want mine in mine. He is worried that his family is going to be upset because he has 2 of my family members in his party and only his nephew in his and I have none of his family. We don't even know if his niece is going to be the FG because of family drama.

Do you think she will be offended that I am asking so late in the game? I just don't want her to feel left out because not only is my brother walking me down the aisle but he's a groomsman as well.

Or should I just keep it as is and have her just do a reading since she is 8yrs older than me.

i would definately say invite her! bottom line- she is still YOUR sister. you cant make decisions this important based on the possibility of his family getting offended. i went through a similar situation but just keep in mind that their problems should never affect your decisions, especially if you feel the right thing to do is to have her.

this is the only thing i dislike about the boards i LOVE this site,and girls on here but i also feel the site rushes u , makes brides think they are runnign out of time. u have over a yr til your wedding lol! im all about getting things done early.. but reality is u have over a yr til the big day. its def not too late in the game
