advice for brides with Fox Hollow room blocks
if you are doing OOT bags at the Fox Hollow, be sure that ALL of the front desk staff knows about them.
i just found out that 4 rooms never received their bags. one person even inquired about an OOT bag, and the desk person said they didn't have any for my wedding.
this is so frustrating because not only did we put a lot of work and effort into them, but I dropped them off super early the day before. when we checked out, they gave us a few extra bags, and i couldn't understand why. now i know it's because some of the employees weren't distributing them!
so, just be clear that everyone working at the desk knows to distribute them.
