ADVICE NEEDED

i saw a post regarding cassarino the other day on the 09 board. If you do a search for cassarino i am sure it will come up. From what i saw there were some mixed reviews.

Maybe meet with other photographers and get feedback about other photographers first and then decide. Don't feel you have to make a decision ASAP. Also check out other photographers that girls on here have raved about or ones that you never knew about but do AMAZING work.

Many girls on here booked right away and then later see another photographer they absolutely love and many had to cancel their contracts with original photographers to book someone else. And you lose your deposit when you do this.

So definitely check out more before deciding.

FH and I met with them, and we didn't like them at all...they were just not our style. We wanted a personalized relationship with our photographer and that was totally NOT what Cassarino offers. In the end, we went with Photography by Christos ...he had great prices, an amazing photographic eye and awesome customer service! And we loved Christos' designs for photo albums better than what we saw at Cassarino, too.

I am using Cassarino and just recently wrote a rave about them...they have been so great to work with so far....I will give some examples....first it was important to me that we took our epics on my FH's beach in Rockaway,Queens ....its far from the studio and they dont normally do it....nevermind on a weekend....our photographer took the only sunday she wasnt shooting in the fall to shoot them (there next weekend) and Razz the owner asked her to travel for it bc it was important to us when we booked...I thought this was so great.

This week I stopped in to make a payment and sat with Razz for over an hour (I had to leave my friend was waiting for me he couldve talked all day lol) he was explaining what happens throughout the day...what to ask of vendors, how I should go about calling them I mean like wedding planner stuff just bc he's a nice guy.

I highly reccomend them although they havent shot my wedding yet I am confident they will do a phenomonal job (Jodi is my photographer BTW) Also I have seen her work from a friend who loved her and the pics are gorgeous...HTH feel free to FM me with questions

I should add that Razz gave me Jodis phone number and she and I talked at length about what I want , she gave me ideas and suggestions etc..so you most certaintly do form a relationship wih your photographer plus she is shooting our epics and wedding pics
