the hotel told me since i have so many oot guests i should put the hotel info in the save the dates..my question is she sent me the pdf do you think i should print it out on cardstock or is regular paper fine?
i will be sending out the cards they provide in the invitations but i want to edit the pdf file a bit so everyone knows to make reervations early

The STD cards aren't as formal as the regular invitation, so I think regular paper will be fine.

For and STD, I think reg paper is fine. I included a note with my STDs to let my guests know it will be an adult only affair and printed it on reg paper.

Yea I think the regular paper will be fine. My friend included her wedding website on he save the dates and the hotel information was on the website. Just a thought if you have a website. What hotel did you book?

i did this for my STDs- I ordered STD postcards and put our wedding website on them. After they got delivered, I remembered that I had a ton of hotel info cards that I could have sent out with the STDs, but since they are postcards, I won't have envelopes to send them out with. Anyway, I'm glad I put the wedding website on there so that people could check out our registry, hotel, ceremony, and reception info :)

Wedding websites are the best way to convey info to the tech savy , younger guests. Some people will need more hand holding in figuring it out

I did STD magnets are ordered a card for them to be attached to that had the hotel info on it. Unfortunately, not many people paid close enough attention to the info or didn't care enough and didn't book early so I had to find another room block at another hotel. But I digress, the cards were nice because people had to interact with them and take the magnet off of it so there's no way they could have missed the information. pics in my album

I have a website but I'm afaird people will be too lazy to look. My fh whole family is coming from a different country so I'm worried about the number of rooms I booked and them booking late. I booked 20 rooms each night knowing some people won't make the trip

I agree with the majority that regular paper will be fine! Also include a wedding website and that will reach everyone.
