Since you said you answer to him in certain areas, I def would invite him and just hope he doesn't attend.
I'm sure your coworkers can understand that it's tough not to and they will have to deal with him at their table. Dinner is only a small part of the wedding, they can get up and dance and go to the bar. ALOT!

also..if he does attend, hopefully he'll give you a gift and you can gloat that he had to spend $ lol.
best case scenario..he leaves or gets fired before your wedding. :)

Thanks to everyone for your advice. I'm going to mull it over for a week and see. I kind of feel guilty (yes i'm too damn nice) lying and saying I sent it but I also don't really care for him being there in light of all the recent information.
Best case scenario is I invite him and he can't come.
Worst case, if he does come my co-workers can deal with it, just like I, the BRIDE, have to or they can just not come. (Sigh)
