Advice on disposable cameras. Wish I would have known.
I bought refurbished Kodak cameras for all the tables at our reception. A lot of them apparently were in sad shape. I didn't know because they have the wedding cover over it but found out at the reception that some didn't have a working flash. We found out after the wedding, when we went to get the film developed, that the pictures are poor also. All the pictures came out dark and poor. I bought them on ebay from a place that had great reviews.Maybe they wrote them themselves because all the photos came out bad!! If you are going to buy disposable cameras for your wedding, you may want to test a roll out ahead of time. I was totally ripped off and can never get the moments back!

They had a story about disposable camaras on the news the other day. They said that if it says they are reloaded that they are reused and the quality isnt good. That is something that I never knew.

The seller was freecamerammcm2.They had great reviews on them. I can tell you they were horrible. I know they were reloaded (used) but figured they had to still be good. They were taped up underneath the beautiful wedding wrap and they arrived sealed in a clear wrap. They 'appeared' to be in good condition but were in very bad condition. Please don't let it happen to you.

Make sure your say 'new.' Mine were refurbished Kodak cameras reloaded with film. I figured they would be fine. They weren't.They looked good because they had the wedding wrapping over it and it covered all the tape underneath. Some didn't have a working flash so they were worthless. The ones that worked came out really dark and bad and some others were in such bad condition,we couldn't even get them developed.

i hope you left this seller negative feedback! I'd look for ones sealed and new also. Ask tons of questions to the sellers on Ebay before you purchase!

The weird thing is that I checked the comments from other people who had purchased from them and it was all positive. Don't let it happen to you. I would have been better off buying them from the store (Kodak or Fuji) and attaching a little bow on it or something. At least we would have had nice pictures.

I already bought mine. I just assumed they were new. Can I look on the camera itself to look for anything 'new'? I will check them out as soon as I get home. I'll let you all know.

try one to test it out. Most things sold off ebay are good, the sellers reputation & feedback would be ruined if they weren't.
