advice on flowers?

Hi- does anyone have a favorite florist she can recommend? My problem is I am having a very small wedding on my roofdeck and only need flowers for the roof, the stairs, my hair and the bouquets. It might be too small a job for most people.. Thanks!

My florist was wonderful she is located in Brooklyn you can check them out at Flower Den

Gigi is wonderful to work with and I have never heard of a job too small. Give them a call.

I nooked A Florid Affair. They are one of the florist vendors on this site. You can find them listed here. I really like dth eowners, Giovana and Chris, they are both very understanding and patient. I booked and a few days later had my centerpiece, they brought it to my home. All I can say is beautiful!!! They are a start up company so some people are hesitant but their work speaks for itself. They do small wedding like your, I'm sure. If you do check them out (they com to YOU) tell them Karina and Benjamin sent you. Good luck

If Nassau is convenient for you, try Flowers by Voegler on Merrick Avenue....ask for Ed...he's wonderful to work with.

Hi- Curly, just wanted to thank you for recommending A Florid Affair. Chris and Giovana were great- they came out to our apartment and really listened to us before making suggestions. We are still meeting with one more person to get a second estimate, but our feeling is we will end up going with them. Thanks again for the tip!

My family has used Florissima 4 times for different functions and there work has always been impecable.
My FH and I insisted on paying for everything ourselves and dont want to spend there prices though
Seems like Flowers By michele has a great reputation

I am so glad you liked them. I did too and that's why I booked. they are VERY reasonably priced and their work is excatly the same to everyone elses. You have to a make a decision that is right for you

I used James Cress Florist in Smithtown. They are a little pricey, but my flowers were GORGEOUS!!!!
