Advice on Questions to ask
Hey! Today I have an appointment with Gil from fade to black. I am unsure of what kind of questions should I ask him. What is a good price for photo packages? I am kind of on a tight budget. Thanks Girls

I'm sure he'll go over most information with you and questions may come up naturally as you're talking with him. We just met with photographers this weekend and for the most part, they covered everything. Make sure you know what is included, if they can customize a package for you if interested, if you can add things in later on, what their payment timeline is like, how many images you get and if you have rights to them, albums, etc. Seems like around $3000 is what most studios charge. We have pretty much decided on Lighthouse and they were the only studio that we met with that includes custom albumsat their base level. Their albums are gorgeous and Monica really took the time to go over the albums and get an understanding of our likes and wants. Definitely meet with them if you're interested :) Good luck with your meeting!!!!

i just made an appt with lighthouse. love their work and love that albums are included in their base price :) Someone sent me quotes that were above 6000 and it did not include an album. I think that is too expensive.

I highly recommend Benchwerk photography, he allows you to customize your package, Im paying 3K with E pics, photoalbum, and blow up canvas. He really takes a lot of time going over the photos and making the album.I met with a lot of photographers prior to booking. Most important is that you get a long with them. They will be spending majority of the day next to you to capture every moment. In addition to what mab30 wrote, ask the turn around time is, if they touch up the photos.
I also recommend ******** Studios.. they are amazing but out of my price range.
