Advice on where to stay in Moorea ?(Tahiti /Bora Bora/ Moorea honeymoon)

Ive heard great things about both of these places, any advice?

Moorea Pearl Resort & Spa (ex.-garden bungalow w/ plunge pool) or the Intercontinental Resort & Spa Moorea

Thanks!

We are in the process of booking our honeymoon with Travel Tom and we just want to make sure we are going to have the most amazing stay!

We are also planning on staying at the Bora Bora Intercontinental Resort & Thalasso Spa OWB for 4 nights!

CANT WAIT!!! Any advice would be helpful!

In Bora Bora we stayed at the Intercontinental Le Moana - the sister resort to the Thalasso, but spent one day at the Thalasso at the spa and grounds.

The Thalasso is GORGEOUS. Seriously beautiful. I had heard that it's very modern so that it doesn't have that Polynesian feel which is why we booked the Le Moana (which we absolutely loved and had the BEST service of anywhere we've EVER stayed), but I think the Thalasso still has a polynesian feel, just more modern polynesian as opposed to traditional polynesian. And the bungalows looked big! Definitely definitely go to the spa!

In Moorea we stayed at the Sheraton Resort & Spa. Once we were moved to an OWB, we loved it, but the service was not top notch there. The grounds however were beautiful and the food at breakfast and dinner were surprisingly very good! Sorry, can't help with the two resorts you have in mind for Moorea, but wanted to give you our experience at our hotel.

Good luck! Tom is awesome and we are so happy we went to FP for our honeymoon! Nothing compares!
