make a back up list for people who drop out. at the LAST minute... getting married in 22 hours 46 mins..thanks for dropping out with no refunds guests lol

I would just tell people whos kids arnt invited to bring there kids that way it inst awkward to ask people who weren't invited to begin with to now come to my wedding.
