I truly believe that all things happen for a reason and if you feel that moving up your dat could possibly make that day even more special for you and your FH then I say go for it....If you cant try to make sure the grand parents get lots of time with you guys and that they know just how much they mean to the two of you....and though I know we are all different religions and have different levels of spiritual belif I truly believe the people we loved are still with us and either way as long as they are in your heart and mind they will always be with you !!!

first, i am so sorry that the family health circumstances are what they are for you at this time...if it were me, i would want to move it up, but also see how fh and the rest of my family feels too...then if it is something that is definitely wanted, i would look into the actual logistics and try my best to make it happen, because in the end if our heart's in the right place the result isn't the end all, better said, you may feel better that at least you tried.
