I was wondering if it is worth it for the $$ they are asking for it. I have a coupon at bed, bath and beyond , 20 percent off, I have tried all the other imitation ones for overnight guests and I always have to add more air to it. Does anyone have any feedback? ( I was thinking of getting the one that is raised off the floor.)

Re: Aerobed
We have a queen sized deluxe and we love it. we got it on a great sale at BBB with the coupon. I think it's worth it. We don't have a real bed so we use it every night. Most of the time we eonly have to add air every few days, maybe every week.

Re: Aerobed
Our best man stayed w/us the week before our wedding and slept on one every night. It worked out great, he never had a problem with it.

Re: Aerobed
I do not like the one raised off the floor. It is hard to stay balanced on it, IMO.
If you are looking for a twin aerobed, I may be selling mine. I have to talk to DH first. I meant to buy a full or queen one when FIL came to visit and accidently bought a twin. It is not raised off the floor.
FM me if interested.

Re: Aerobed
The one with the pillowtop is pretty good. FH and I tried to use it as our regular bed, but we ended up with back/neck issues after a week. I think it would be okay for overnight or 2 days though.

Re: Aerobed
dh and i stayed in an aerobed for about 9 months and we had to replace it once. the night before our wedding, i slept at inlaws house...figures that would be the night the aerobed decides to deflate in the middle of the night!!! i had to spend the rest of the night on the floor.

Re: Aerobed
For a short period of time, it's ok. For extended stays your guests will have neck trouble.

Re: Aerobed
DH had one in college (I think he didn't have a bed or it was for when his family visited)....we would use it to watch TV on. I think in a year's time, we put air in it like twice that I'm aware of.
