AF Question

Do you know if you can still get your AF if your pregnant?

AF is really really light this month so I was just curious.

I think you can get it yes, but I have been having very light periods since going off the pill...and there is also something called an 'anovulatory cycle' which is where you don't ovulate that month and your AF is very light. Did you go off the pill recently?

No I haven't been on the pill in years. I have been going through fertility treatments but took a break for the last few months. Maybe that's the reason.

I have heard that there are some women who do have a light AF when pregnant so they didn't realize they were pregnant.

i used to know someone whose sister was on the pill, getting a light af and was pregnant and didn't find out until she was seven months along. no joke! that is why you will hear stories of women who don't know they are pregnant until late in the game b/c they were getting what they thought was just a lite AF.

My periods have been VERY light after going off the pill... do you think it's happening to me? It's been 4 months after I went off pill but havent' started ttc until the end of this month. Just curious if I need to call my Dr. and ask him.
