Affordable but thoughtful Bridal Party Asking gifts
Hi Ladies,I am slacking and haven't officially asked my bridal party to be my bridal party. I wanted to do mini champagne bottles and maybe a gift box. Has anyone done this/is it practical? Most of my party lives in other states and so I wanted it to be cute and memorable.

I was going to do alcohol, but it got to be too costly. We have 6 on each side plus two junior's on each side and a flower girl and ring bearer. For the bridesmaids I ended up ordering a small jewelry dish from Etsy that was white and had the word 'love' in script on the dish and then went to Kohls and bought small silver bow earrings and wrote on the box 'Will you help me tie the knot?' I was able to use this for my bridesmaids and junior bridesmaids. FH then did smaller bottles of liquor for his groomsmen. We got a t-shirt made up for the ring bearer and the flower girl I got a book and jewelry. For the junior groomsmen we ordered small engraved baseball bats from Etsy.

I made the mistake of not really pricing something out in my head before ordering it lol. I bought 8 wine bridesmaid labels from etsy to put on wine bottles, not realizing they are way too big to go on a mini bottle of wine. I'm still waiting for them to come in, but I'm excited. I know it's something different that everyone will enjoy but slightly upset I'll be spending more than I intended to. It happens.

I bought little wooden boxes and decorated them with burlap and first letter of each of the girls then inside I had a nail polish that's my wedding color, lip gloss, and ring pop. I have pictures in one of my albums :)

I bought bottles of wine and had lBels made on etsy- pics in my album. For the girls that live out of state and who couldn't come in for our engagement party I had a card made thT matched the wine labels. I was going to send them the wine but I found out its illegal to send alcohol through the mail/fed ex/ups unless your an authorized wine dealer (I called all three to find out how to pack it and was told I can't send). I'm sure I could have chanced it and sent it but I was nervous it wouldn't get to the girls

I made little gifts with nail polish, lip gloss, eye shadow, and a personalized note (details in the DIY section of the forum and pics in my profile). Cute and super cheap when you make it all yourself!

I used cardstore.com and created personalized cards with photos of me and each one of my bridesmaids and junior bridesmaids and personalized the inside message. It was sweet and simple and affordable! The girls really seemed to enjoy it. A few of them told me the framed t because the front just looked like a fun photo collage of us!

Re: Affordable but thoughtful Bridal Party Asking gifts
This is how I asked my bridal party. I made them myself. Inside the box was a little bottle of champagne and a wine glass ( I waited last minute and couldn't find any champagne glasses) an infinity bracelet and nail polish. For my maid of honor I made hers a different color and added a neckless with a nice quote to make hers more special and unique. FM if you have any questions. I hope the pictures attached I've never added one on here lol
