Hey 07' Brides can you recommend a florist that will be affordable with good workmanship. I have only visited pedestals and want to know who else would be worth visting. They said 2500 but want to know if I can get a better deal else where. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

We used Simply Elegant in Glen Head and got a really good deal. They were very nice and we were soooo happy with our flowers. You can see pics in my album.
maybe flower barn? he gave us a good price ( i didn't go with him in the end, but i thought it was pretty reasonable)

charles from United Florist is great he is located in great neck and his work is amazing. he has a really fun personality too which always makes things a little easier

sugar magnolias in stony brook. not the cheapest, but definitely amazing work. If you tell her your budget, she'll work within it we had a smaller floral budget, and everything was gorgeous

Verbena Designs. She is wonderful and works within any budget. I think there are pics of my flowers in my album. Love them!
all the above are good suggestions.. just be sure you are specific with them.. i thought i was and got something different on certain things the day off... i noticed this more with the 'affordable' vendors... too bad after the fact!

BURTONS... check my review for my bo k. I didn't use them for centerpieces but the flowers I did use them for were amazing.

Katrina Parris Flowers in Harlem. I'm sure they travel and they did any amazing job on our flowers
