Hiii Everyone! This is my first post! I just got engaged a month ago and we are starting out hunt for our perfect venue. Does anyone know of any affordable loft spaces? This would be our dream type of wedding. Please let me know anything is helpful. THANKS!

Gary's Loft in NYC runs $3k plus catering and decor...I read it in a magazine.

Gorgeous reasonable loft space in Long Island City and Brooklyn, but you have to book a year in advance for the best ones.
I was looking, and with 9 month to my date everything was booked a year in advance they told me.
Expect that rentals, catering, garbage, cleanup etc etc will all be extra.
Don't forget to make sure the loft has a usable kitchen space and check out the bathrooms, some are more grungy than others.
Also I think anything over 80 people would work well in most spaces.
Do a search online, but the best gems are all along the Brooklyn/Queens coast along the east river.
Tribecca Loft is by far the most popular, try that too, but they may be more like a RH, with their caterers, florist, etc etc..
