Affordable spots - Riviera/Swan Club, etc.

Hi, I got married ages ago but looking to help family book an affordable wedding - soon. They are engaged a bit not and already have a baby so spending a ton on a wedding isn't reasonable or feasible.
Soooo...help me out - looking for you guys to share the best quotes you've got - it'll be last minute (next 3-4 months), about 125 people, can be on a random date like a Friday during the day, Sunday morning or even during the week.
Bride wants outdoor area for the ceremony.
Shoot!! Thanks for your help guys!!

Swan club quoted us 85++, and it didn't matter what time of day. The area was lovely, but realistically wouldn't fit all of my guests, even with the biggest room they provided. It would def work for smaller weddings. They also have a beautiful garden area for an outdoor ceremony.

I got married at Sea Cliff and they have a GREAT winter wedding package...and they only do one event at a time. I love that it doesn't have a cookie cutter feel and it didn't feel like a wedding 'factory'. The place looked amazing and the food was fantastic...and the maitre 'd was awesome! It's definitely better for smaller weddings - we had about 80 guests and they fit perfectly.
