Affordable Vendors

Just booked the venue! Yay. Now I need to get some vendors. Anyone have good affordable recommendations for photography, DJs, limo, etc? Im trying to stay in a strict budget.

Save the dates. Are those pretty much required now? I've heard of magnet street and a giftful heart.

Any recommendations would be great =]. Thanks

For DJ im using New York Nights Ent my videographer told me to go see them and I spoken with Neil he's great you should check them out. I send you FM...

I rec Fade to Black also. I am booked with them for photo, video and photo booth. Gil is great and will work with your budget.

For flowers I rec Distinctive Floral Design, DJ Ultimate Sound, both are great and affordable.

hidden essence for flowers, very reasonable!
STDs are not required, just helpful for oot guests and FUN. i got mine on vista print with a groupon or living social deal. so we bought that and a bunch of other stuff for like $10 + $10 shipping. i may not be completely accurate on the price but it was really cheap.

For STD we used Vista Print. I used a coupon from retailmenot.com for 50% off.

We are using After Hours for our DJ. Phil is awesome and doesnt try to sell you anything you dont want. He will work with you and is super nice!

For Limo I would suggest Camelot.

For video we are using Classic Video. Lou and Fran are so nice!! They have very good prices.

I suggest Flowers by Liz for flowers. She will take any quote you are given and beat it! Plus she has a garden in her back yard for some of her flowers. If she doesn't grow it, she knows where to get them... if they are right for season.

I am using Stan Wiest for music. I couldn't be happier with him. He has helped find very obscure things and willing to work with you with everything. He has been helping me with all aspects of the planning, not just pertaining to music.

I second the motion for Lighthouse! LOVE THEM! Willing to work with you with pricing as well as amazing work.

I am using Dusti from Fire Monkey Hair. She nailed the look I was going for right from the start. Great prices as well
